ICED09: The 17th International Conference on Engineering Design
Palo Alto, CA, USA
24-27 August 2009
Papers now available at
The Design Society and the Stanford Center for Design Research cordially invite you to participate in the International Conference on Engineering Design, ICED09. The venue will be Stanford University’s verdant campus in the heart of Silicon Valley, a short 35 miles south of San Francisco, California. Each day will bring a rich mixture of interactive workshops, distinguished keynote speakers, selected 20 minute oral paper presentations, spectacularly brief 5 minute paper “elevator pitches”, and industry sponsored events. The style is California casual. The community is wildly international. And the atmosphere is entrepreneurial. Save the dates. Join us.
Points-of-View
ICED09 is centered around offering a multitude of differing perspectives on design. You are encouraged to submit papers written from one of the four points-of-view provided, or alternatively you may design your own specific point-of-view.
